The old CMEIS website was full of outdated content and broken images and links. Together with the department, we worked to streamline the content, focus on our target audience, and update the imagery.
We focused heavily on accessible design to make sure the website is optimized for the broadest possible audience.

I recently finished working with Tamara Rice on https://mideast.unc.edu/. I have worked with other web-designers and webmasters in the past. Yet, none of them were as knowledgeably, patient, accommodating, and generous with their time as Tamara was. The center I work for had its initial website designed in 2011. By 2022, there was so much information, data, and links, that we needed a huge overhaul. When Tamara said it would take 6 weeks to do it, I was skeptical. My experience with other consultants was that deadlines were “suggestions.” Not with Tamara. The site was completed within 6 weeks, and I could not have been happier with it. I love its look and how easy it is to navigate. Tamara was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she’ll be the first person I call if I ever need another website designed. I highly recommend her!
