Development Finance Initiative

The Development Finance Initiative helps local governments attract private investment for community-driven real estate projects.  The Initiative is housed within the UNC School of Government.

For this project, we built a new website based on new branding guidelines.  Special attention was paid to showcasing projects, case studies, and the statewide reach of DFI.
