Rethinking Guardianship

Money Follows the Person (MFP) is a federally funded program that helps NC Medicaid-eligible North Carolinians living in inpatient facilities move into their own homes and communities with supports.

For this project, we built a new website based on established brand guidelines.  Special attention was paid to accessibility and scalability.
